Building and Grounds Ministry – Members assist the Pastor in maintaining the parish property, planning and supervising projects to beautify or enhance the parish facilities.
Finance Ministry – Members consult with the Pastor regarding the financial status of the parish. They review investment decisions, the annual budget and spending plan.
Men’s Club – The Men’s Club plan and carry out opportunities for bonding parishioners together socially and in ministry. Activities include sponsoring a scholarship to a graduating high school senior going to college, parish golf tournament, dinners for the public, trips to sports games, and family fun bowling days. They also collaborate with the Women’s Guild on joint projects including the Welcome Dinners, Easter Egg Hunt and Communion breakfast.
Pastoral Council – Members advise the Pastor in administering the business end of the parish, and develop annual goals, projects and activities for the parish.
Social Media Ministry – Members involved in this ministry create, organize and maintain information on the parish Facebook and Instagram sites, the parish website, Google calendar and mobile parish app. This group also livestreams our liturgies.
Stewardship Ministry –Members, including the Trustees, advise the Pastor, in managing the business requirements of the parish, ensuring financial stability, promoting the ministries. This group prepares the annual Vitality Report to the parish and is instrumental in parish-wide fund raising.
Welcome Ministry – Members foster a welcoming presence, reaching out personally to newly registered members of the parish and coordinating Welcome Dinners. They answer questions about the parish and parish activities, encourage participation in parish ministries and invite new parishioners to parish events.
Women’s Guild – The Women’s Guild works to support the Pastor and parish with diverse projects that bolster the community spirit of the parish. The Guild activities include an Easter Egg Hunt for children, a Marian Tea, Communion Breakfast as well as various fundraisers to support parish and donations to local charities. The Women’s Guild has active subcommittees including:
