As one parish family across two churches, both St. Jude the Apostle and St. Michael the Archangel continue to support local food assistance efforts for neighbors in need.
St. Jude the Apostle collects food donations weekly, which are delivered to Doors of Hope.
St. Michael the Archangel holds its monthly food collection to support the Food Delivery Ministry.
During the summer months, many children are away from the meals and snacks they receive during the school year. This is a simple and meaningful way for our parish communities to live the words of Jesus: “For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink.” — Matthew 25:35
Suggested donations include peanut butter, jelly, bread, juice boxes, cracker packages, and other shelf-stable foods. Please do not bring items that require refrigeration. Thank you for your kindness and generosity in helping feed children and families in need.
