The Building & Grounds Ministry helps care for the parish property that serves as a home for our worship, ministries, and community life. Members assist with identifying maintenance needs and planning projects that care for, improve, and beautify our buildings and grounds. Those with experience in maintenance, landscaping, construction, project planning—or simply a willingness to lend a hand—are invited to learn more about ways to serve.

Evangelization is the call of every Catholic to share the Good News of Jesus Christ and invite others into a deeper relationship with Him and His Church. The Evangelization Ministry gathers to explore ways our parish can foster that mission through prayer, welcome, invitation, and opportunities for people to encounter the Catholic faith.
Those interested in helping our parish become more welcoming, invitational, and outward-looking are encouraged to learn more.

The Garden Ministry cares for the Memory Garden, flower beds, shrubs, and other landscaped areas throughout the St. Michael parish grounds. Through planting, seasonal cleanup, and ongoing care, members help create beautiful and welcoming outdoor spaces that reflect our care for our parish home.
Whether you have a green thumb or simply enjoy working outdoors, there are opportunities to lend a hand.

The Money Counters serve our parish through the careful and confidential stewardship of the financial gifts entrusted to our community. Working as a team, members count and record parish collections and help ensure that funds are handled accurately, responsibly, and securely.
This ministry is especially suited to those who are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers. Because of the confidential nature of this work, additional requirements may apply.

Parish Communications helps keep our communities informed and connected through the parish website, social media, bulletin, online calendar, and other digital communications. These tools help us share parish news and events, invite people into the life of our communities, and most importantly, support our mission of proclaiming the Gospel and helping people encounter Jesus Christ.
Communications for St. Jude the Apostle and St. Michael the Archangel are coordinated across several platforms by parish staff and ministers.

The Welcome Ministry helps new parishioners feel at home and become part of the life of our parish community. New members are personally welcomed, offered help with questions, introduced to parish activities and ministries, and encouraged to discover opportunities to grow in faith, build relationships, and become involved.
Through personal outreach and welcome activities, this ministry helps ensure that registering with the parish is just the beginning of truly belonging to our parish community.
