Come meet people, build friendships, and become part of parish life.
Faith is lived in community. Whether you're looking for conversation, a shared interest, a little exercise, or simply an opportunity to get to know other parishioners, you're invited to join us. You don't need to already know someone, come as you are.
Love to read? Come talk books with us!
Our low-stress Book Club brings together readers from St. Jude the Apostle and St. Michael the Archangel for good books, good conversation, and fellowship. The group meets every other month to discuss a book suggested by one of its members and share thoughts and reactions—no literary expertise required!
Selections are varied and include novels, inspirational books, and nonfiction. Past reads have included The Boys in the Boat, Small Things Like These, Thrift Store Saints, The Outsiders, James, and The Stranger in the Lifeboat.
Whether you're an avid reader or simply enjoy a good book and conversation, you're welcome to join us. Open to both parish communities.

Faith, friendship, service, and community
The Women’s Guild has been part of the life of St. Michael the Archangel since the parish’s earliest days. Open to all women of the parish, the Guild brings women together in friendship and service while supporting the spiritual, social, and practical needs of our parish community.
Throughout the year, members help make parish life happen—from hosting family and social activities and providing hospitality to caring for our church and grounds, serving people in need, and raising funds for projects that benefit St. Michael’s and the wider community.
The Guild’s ministries and activities include the Altar Society, Church Gardens, Hospitality, Sick & Vigil Ministry, and Food for the Soul, along with special parish events and projects throughout the year.
There are many ways to participate, whether you enjoy serving others, helping with events, caring for our parish home, or simply getting to know other women of St. Michael’s.
All women of St. Michael’s are welcome.
