Our bed building day was so successful that we are making this an annual event!  A HUGE THANK YOU to all who came out to help on Saturday, August 13th, and thanks for all of your donations and support of our fundraising efforts.  With the help of St Jude the Apostle Parish, St Michael's Youth Ministry raised over $8,000 and built 32 beds for children who need beds.  A bed is a basic need for the proper physical, emotional, and mental support that a child needs.  SHP has over 250 chapters in North America, working with sponsors and volunteer groups to acquire money and materials  for  "Build a Bed" days.  
The second Annual Sleep In Heavenly Peace event will be on Saturday, August 19, 2023!!  Keep an eye out for upcoming programs by our Youth Social Justice ministry to raise funds for this next annual Sleep in Heavenly Peace event.
